About PTID

Pesticide Target Interaction Database (PTID) is a web-based database providing association information of pesticides and corresponding potential targets from text mining.

The database has been developed by Prof. Xuhong Qian's and Prof. Honglin Li's Group based at the School of Pharmacy, East China University of Science and Technology.
